Hired 50+ staff and facilitated weekly meetings. Attentively designed Festival Infrastructure to account for 30,000 attendees. Oversaw all logistics of the 4 Music Stages, Re-usables Co‐operative, 15 Food Booths, 200 Craft Vendors, and the Zero-Waste Compost and Recycling components. Conducted all public and social media outreach for the festival to meet our 400+ volunteer goals. Coordinated successfully with all UC DAVIS entities including Risk Management, Campus Events, ASUCD, Police and Fire and Environmental Health and Safety Depts. Balanced a $100,000 budget. Scheduled and coordinated events for both long and short term timelines.
